Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Training Executive to strengthen our outreach to farmers and sales teams. This role combines direct farmer engagement with training, content creation, and innovative marketing initiatives across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Farmer Outreach: Cold calling and direct communication with farmers to build awareness and trust
• Training Support: Conduct training sessions with sales teams on video recording, product knowledge, and effective storytelling
• Marketing Opportunities: Identify and implement physical marketing opportunities in rural and urban markets
• Content Creation: Develop educational blogs, short videos, and WhatsApp forwards to share knowledge and promote products
• Product Advocacy: Ensure farmers and sales teams understand product benefits and usage through clear, engaging communication

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus)
• Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp features, basic AI search, good computer skills
• Comfortable with video recording and digital tools
• Ability to train and motivate sales teams
• Creative mindset for identifying impactful marketing opportunities
• Passion for agriculture and farmer-centric solutions
